Google Workspace @ UA Login

Access your Google Workspace @ UA services and resources by logging into the Google Workspace @ UA with your UA Account (e.g. UaUsername@alaska.edu) and password.

What applications/services are available?

All students, staff, and faculty receive the following services via the university's Google Workspace tenant.

Gmail Send and receive email with your university provided email account	Google Calendar Google Calendar allows individuals to create and edit events, set reminders, and invite others to attend	Google Docs, Sheets, & Slides Create, collaborate and share documents, spreadsheets, or presentations
Google Drive Securely store files online, accessible from anywhere with Internet connectivity	Google Forms Create surveys, quizzes, and polls, and easily see the results as they come in	Google Groups Groups brings together people, conversations and content
Google Chat Instant messaging and video calls	Google Meet Connect, and collaborate from anywhere	Google Shared Drives Securely store files important to a group online, so group members can easily collaborate, accessible from anywhere with Internet connectivity
Keep Allows you to take notes including a wide variety of content such as text, images, and audio	Tasks Keep track of stuff to do

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime via a ticket using the appropriate Google Workspace @ UA Service form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
