This service is used to request the addition of authorized users to specific security groups to view footage from security cameras.
Eligibility
Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Authorization level of the individual(s) to add
- Authorized administrators needing access, if applicable
- UA Username of the individual(s) requiring access
