Service Description
This service is used to request updates to deployed images, primarily base images for UAA Campuses, Library, and updated boot images.

Faculty, Staff
Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Software load or business case for updated and unique images
- Software needing updating
- Vendor contact information
- Any relevant licensing information (if required for performing updates)
